About Billy

Billy is a Partner of Management Consulting at Nexia Canberra. He specialises in helping human service organisations transition to person-centred funding models such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Consumer Directed Care (CDC).

Billy leads a multi-disciplinary team of consultants offering evidence-based analysis and advice. Since the introduction of the NDIS, Billy and his team have assisted more than 100 organisations with their preparation and transition to the NDIS throughout Australia. Billy was the Lead Consultant at READY4, a government funded program responsible for assessing and developing the ACT disability sector’s readiness for the NDIS. He regularly speaks at NDIS-related forums and workshops and provides advice to disability industry professional bodies.
